Israel expressed concern regarding the neutrality of Slovak judge Betti Holczer, who holds a position in the International Criminal Court. The country is interested in considering this issue and believes that the judge's bias may affect the consideration of cases related to Israel's actions.

Slovak judge Betti Holczer raised questions about Israeli officials with her social activism and involvement in pro-Palestinian activities in the past. In this regard, concerns arose in Israel about her ability to maintain neutrality and objectivity in her participation in the consideration of cases concerning Israel's interests.

"Justice requires the neutrality of the judge, and fair jurisdiction directly depends on the reliability, impartiality, and ability of the judge to issue fair decisions," - stated the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Israel expressed hope that the issue would be taken seriously at the international level, and questions about the qualifications and relevant behavior of the judge will be examined in detail.
